Had a “great” interview, a lot of in depth questions about previous job and experience. Interviewer was very complimentary about some experience, a roadmap was shared about how that experience could fit within the culture and restaurant. Was told I would be informed of a decision via a phone call the next day or so but never received a call or email afterwards.

How does your experience at your previous restaurant prepare you for this location?
Very thorough! Lots of wine knowledge and food knowledge and steps of service questions so it was a very detailed interview and it lasted about an entire hour with a tour of the restaurant as well. …………………………

professional and to the point. they made their expectations be known right from the start. Though i wasn't offered a position, i felt i was given a fair shot and my time wasnt wasted
