(happened during COVID times) Two rounds of 1-on-1 video interviews, then 4.5 hours of 1-on-1 back-to-back interviews with the hiring teams/hiring managers/group lead/etc.
Overall average interview, asked to describe the work I've done, how I lead projects, etc. nothing overly technical or detailed.
What makes STR stand out during the interview process was the communication. HR was in constant communication with me, replying to my emails, updating me on the status, and in the end informed me that I was not selected (instead of leaving me guessing). Very impressed.
