Fairly Standard set of interviews, Was asked more theoretically and personal questions than about my IT Knowledge. Be prepared for behavioral questions and basic IT concepts. Very friendly and genuine people.

It started with a phone interview with personality questions and some technical knowledge questions. A follow up web meeting with a variety of personality, work history/traits, and some interesting scenario questions. The interviewers assured that they would let the candidate know regardless of the outcome. I appreciate that they don't leave you hanging like so many other employers tend to do.
