I got contacted twice about the same position by two different people, the first went into parental leave (it's fine), but the second one didn't know anything about it. First "....ok". Then after the interview I was told I'd get a feedback quickly (next day) and I never got it. I contacted the recruiter asking for an update and I got ghosted. Very unprofessional behaviour.
