Very smooth, everything transparent and clear. 2 stages of the interview. one with HR, then with line manager to disucss daily duties, goal, larmet, comapny strategy, thei unique selling proposition, controibution on a EU market.
Recruiter round first, then two more rounds with commercial team and a final business case in front of a small panel. Then a long wait before I head back from the recruiter
