I was called in to a "women in recruitment" meeting and found it amazing. The way they are trying to expand their diversity and equality was great. After signing up for an interview I was called in to their office for a formal interview. The person who interviewed me was very professional and friendly at the same time. They had no problem repeating questions that I didn't quite get straight away.

Sehr nettes Telefongespräch in welchem der Interviewer jedoch sehr hartnäckig den vertrieblichen Teil der Arbeit betont hat. Beratende Tätigkeiten, welche bei Recruitment Consultants Standard sind, wurden überhaupt nicht erwähnt. Man hätte meinen können, es wurde tatsächlich ein Vertriebsmitarbeiter gesucht und beim Jobtitel hätte man einen Fehler gemacht.

An interview call for 20 minutes . They told me that they call me back but I am still waiting...The woman was not polite at all...She asked me to describe my background and my skills..
