Very friendly and nonintimidating. I answered a series of questions that were relevant to my personality and what I would be doing for the job. The manager offered me a job on the spot. I have enjoyed my time working at Sun.

Submitted an application online and was called to schedule an in-person interview. The interview was with the nurse manager and someone else who I forget their title. It was very informal, and seemed more like a “get to know you” kind of thing rather than an interview. For interview-type questions, I was asked about previous applicable experience and about a time that I had handled an upset patient or parents of a patient.
