I applied online and received a phone call screening shortly after from HR. I then scheduled an interview with the same HR representative as well as the vice president of the marketing department. I was disappointed not to hear back from either of them after the interview. I would've found it beneficial to hear feedback on my interview or even to receive a respectful declination.
