Exams would be given first which would test both IQ and potential as a Programmer. Then series of interviews which are friendly in nature. You don't have to review anything except Algebra applications if you are unfamiliar with it
After passing the exam, there is a panel interview conducted online. I was interviewed by three people, and the interview lasted for around 40 minutes. It had technical aspects like asking about programming languages you used or you are comfortable with.

Quick interview, Must be able to speak and express yourself in English. Kind HR interview. Online exam is unnecessarily long and difficult, especially for the verbal communication part of the interview.
