Their hiring process seems a bit unorganized. I was disappointed in the communication with the recruiter, as it was sporadic and sometimes I would not receive a reply. The interviewers seemed kind and personable, but I don't think they asked enough relevant questions to properly assess my experience and skills. The atmosphere appeared to be somewhat dull and seemed like a laid-back workplace.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have gone through this process. It all began with a thoughtful recruiter call, which set the tone for what was to come. Following that, I had the chance to attend an in-person meeting, where I was able to connect with the team and gain a deeper understanding of the role and the company’s vision. The final decision call brought it all together, and I’m thrilled to move forward with this exciting opportunity. Interview took about 2 weeks. First interview was over the phone with HR, then 2 follow-up interviews with the hiring manager over Zoom, then you get an offer to either accept or decline.
