Applied online and 3 weeks later got contacted by one of the Talent Acquisition team members for a phone interview. I replied with my availability and didn't get any confirmation going on almost 48 hours so I reached out again. They apologized and confirmed the date and time for both of us but when the day arrived they never called or picked up their phone when I reached out after waiting for 15 minutes. This was totally unprofessional to treat potential employees this way! I took time out of my day to conduct this phone screen and would've liked the decent courtesy to not have wasted my time if this position was already filled or whatever happened between first contact to ghosting me!
