I interviewed over the phone, then had 2 in-person interviews the same day. The manager gave me hints that I would be hired, and promise of a callback, then no callback for 3 weeks. When I called him to get an update, he said that there was a hiring freeze. 2 weeks later, the freeze was lifted and I was hired. He could have done better with his feedback.
