First interview was an over the phone screening. Second interview was a panel interview which consisted of five of the leaders including the CEO. Everyone was pleasant and made you feel comfortable and not under pressure.

Asked a few typical interview questions off a list such how would you handle a difficult coworker, patient, when was a time you went over and beyond for a corker, patient. It’s best to be yourself and show that you will care about your community as you will see patients that will need your assistance as they come from all walks of life.
