Real-World Scenarios: We present candidates with real-world scenarios to evaluate their problem-solving abilities and how they apply their knowledge in practical situations. Team Lead L2 Technical Round In-Depth Technical Interview: Conducted by senior team members or technical leads, this round delves deeper into the candidate’s technical skills and experience. Advanced Questions: Candidates are asked advanced technical questions and case studies to gauge their expertise and thought process. HR/Managerial Round Behavioral Interview: The HR round assesses cultural fit, work ethic, and alignment with SyanSoft’s values.
