Organized and fast process. First will be communication and typing test then initaial and finally the final interview. They will tell you up front if you passed the interview or not. Offer is negotiable.
First, you have an initial interview with Human Resources department to discuss what make you interested in the position. Then, you meet several team members. After, you do another interview with several team.
