The interview process consisted of 2 technical round and one HR round. I cleared both the technical rounds and HR round never happened. The HR is now giving excuses that your NP is 90 days hence your profile is on hold. (As far as I know SAAMA themselves have 90 days notice period and they are expecting people to join immediately, IRONIC)
My only question to the recruitment team is, if the NP was going to create problems then they should not have wasted the candidates and theirs time in conducting interviews, really disappointed with the cluture people are bringing-in into IT industry.
