1st interview wasan online interview of 1 hour with (in my case) a manager and a tech lead. It was a formal conversation about my past experiences mainly. 2nd round of interview was an on-site interview of 2 hours, with the 2 people I already met and another person. The content of this interview was a technical interview with firstly some theoretical questions and then later one exercise that I did on a laptop they landed me.
