Applied online. Received an email for in-person interview after a week. Questions are mostly situational. 2 days after the interview, I got an email from them saying I got hired.

The process was really easy and fast and the interview took less than 30 mins. It was in person and then I was hired less than a week later. When applying, I also had to take a test which asked about wine knowledge and had to learn the menu once hired.
