The interview is very straightforward but simultaneously introspective. The tone of the interview is very warm and you are allotted a really good amount of time for the session/process overall.

The first interview was a large group interview. You went around in a group and talked about a workshop you would have for the students. Then they split you off into smaller groups and asked scenario based questions i.e. if a student told you this, how would you react? wha would you do? After the group interview, there was an individual interview.
