I was sent an email offering me a phone interview and instructing me to sign up for an interview time by clicking a link. After clicking the link I had access to the names of over 30 other potential candidates. Although this made me uncomfortable, I signed up for times that worked for my schedule. After a significant amount of preparation I cleared my schedule for the times I chose, however a phone call never came. I continued to wait and prepare, but I never received the promised phone interview. I sent an email the day after the scheduled phone interview but I never heard back from the company. Unfortunately I had heard from others that this organization is very disorganized and this experience proved it to be true.

Initially there was a telephone interview and then I went on a face to face interview with the program manager and program director. They asked about 2 pages of questions about my relevant experience. It felt very comfortable. Although there was not a lot of room for open discussion and was more like question, answer, and the program director taking notes.
