First have a quick phone interview (just to talk about your resume). I had to take a assessment test that was about 30 questions long real basic networking questions. I received a phone call the next day to schedule a face to face interview. At the on site interview I had first taken a 13 questions test another basic networking question test and had to speak with 4 different managers two at a time. Really great interview lots of laugh and small talk.
Phone interview then an in person interview. Mentioned a skype interview was a possibility. Easy to talk with. Asked questions re my resume, but also made small talk likely to see if I was a personality fit.
