The hiring process consisted of an online application, then progressed to a phone interview. After scoring with the phone interview, a in-person interview was setup. At the in-person interview, first prompt to take a typing test, then passed on to Claims supervisor and another Claims supervisor. Left the interview within an hour, and received a call back within 20 mins of leaving.
