the interview process was easy. It took about a week to get the job and to start training. If you are CPR or AED certified, you have a better chance of getting the job. If not, you can get certified pretty quickly online.

The one interviewing me has taken a step back from managing the company and this interview was many years ago. However, the interview went as is and this is how interviews are conducted now. I went to the location, and she asked about my abilities and made me swim all four strokes. She stated she wanted me to work 3 days in the water and one day out of the water to market. I did not really care to market.

Email the manager, they'll set up a time for an online interview with the head manager and they just ask you questions about prior experience to swimming and working with kids.
