Quick and breif. I was 15 minutes late. It was due to my poop dog who is really old and takes up my time sometimes. I'm retired and don't really need to work, I've owned 2 of my own business's and if I had an interviewee come to their interview late that would have given me pause or at least ideas ask Why! Well, not my interview, wasn't even mentioned until I was told I was hired right there on the Spot. I mentioned it because I was surprised I was hired especially being late. U was told "No big deal"

Colloquio
Easy, 30 min process going over the jobs they have open. They then ask you simple questions like why do you want to work here, what are some problems you overcame with a team. They ask standard questions as well such as age and legal status.
The interview process was pretty simple. I got a call for an interview and went in the next day and met with one of the store supervisors. It was a basic interview with mainly behavioral questions.
It was generally easy to get through this interview. The interviewer was very nice, asked appropriate questions, and explained what the job would entail to a high degree of accuracy. Also gave valuable advice on what to do if I received the job.
