Many stores have their own employee employment coordinators, pulled from the ranks of regular employees. Ask at the store you're applying at. Some stores may hire through a professional District Employment Coordinator.
Applications are taken online only. If you need help applying for any reason, help should be available at any store.
Interviews are conducted with set situational questions. Observe employees as you shop and what they routinely do. Make sure you ask yourself if you'd be a good fit for the job you're applying for!

Colloquio
Easy, 30 min process going over the jobs they have open. They then ask you simple questions like why do you want to work here, what are some problems you overcame with a team. They ask standard questions as well such as age and legal status.
The interview process was pretty simple. I got a call for an interview and went in the next day and met with one of the store supervisors. It was a basic interview with mainly behavioral questions.
It was generally easy to get through this interview. The interviewer was very nice, asked appropriate questions, and explained what the job would entail to a high degree of accuracy. Also gave valuable advice on what to do if I received the job.
