It was quick and easy not much else to say there was brief typical questions and then tests they make you take for some reason. Its just basic customer service survey that you use common sense for really.

Was not too bad at all, basic behavioural questions and such. Mostly an interview to get to know you as a person. Asked questions about yourself. Very quick (only took about 30 minutes for me)
Easy process questions regarding past experience and how would you react in certain scenarios the process is short and the questions are not hard to answer depends a lot on the manager doing the interview but most of the times as long as what you are answering make sense you will be good

Only went through a few rounds, it was pretty easy and seamless. Applied and got a call back on the same week to come in for an interview. The recruiter was very nice and thorough with the information.
