Two HR phone interviews followed by a 2-person interview that consisted of behavior-based questions. After 1 week, I was invited back to meet 3 others, including VP and what wld be team member. These 3 interviews went very well and the original 2-person team came in to wrap-up. Something was amiss as every question or comment turned awkward. But overall, I felt confident. A week later HR called to say I needed to take a 2-hour online test. After all this, radio silence. I had to badger HR to tell me they went w/ another candidate.
