I was not impressed with the interview process. I was asked questions that did not pertain to my particular position. I felt it was a standard questionnaire used for all Merchandisers. I am now included in the interview process for some employees, and the questions we ask are not only not up to date, but the questionnaire needs revamping in order to select the right employee for the job.
