Interview was very simple. They asked all the basic questions and to provide examples of experience from previous companies worked for. If you never worked in customer service, it is ok. Just provide examples in your life which are relevant.

Boring same non descript questions. No real engagement with interviewe. Needs to be sharpened up to get the best from the interview. They looked bored and uninterested in what they do
easy and very nice going didn't feel nervous at all, unfortunately I didn't get the position but I was happy overall. would highly recommend talking to Kate if you go through with the interview process. good luck everyone
