Basically, you go in an office to talk with the store director (Abel) and assistant manager (Marco). They will ask you what position you're interested in. If you get an offer and accepted it you will train with the head Home Shopper John.

The interview was rather long, they took me around the store, and told me about the jobs I could also apply for with my experience. The man was very nice and very knowledgeable.
