I applied online for a Starbucks position and was interviewed by both the store's hiring manager and the Starbucks manager. They said they'd call within 48 hours (if I'm remembering right...) if they wanted to do a follow-up interview, and they didn't, so I knew I didn't get it. The hiring manager did call me back a few days later, though, and offered me another position in-store.

Pretty good, the manager makes you wait a little to test your patience but otherwise they ask you basic questions on your experience, though I was lucky enough to get a position on courtesy server.

One interview they request the legal paperwork including ssn, work permit if it is an international, previous experience was not needed. They train you for a limited time of hours
