La entrevista con RH totalmente neutral y con el gerente de diseño (quién sería mi jefe directo) fue en general buena... Se hizo la oferta, se aceptó y se me dió fecha de ingreso. El día de ingreso me presenté a mi departamento, me dieron mi escritorio y me dijeron que me acercara a RH a pedir una bata, en RH de la planta no tenían conocimiento de que ingresaba ese día, ni un solo documento de mi papelería, no lo recibieron de parte de RH del grupo, a dónde me acerqué y dijeron que las contrataciones estaban detenidas, que me llamaban cuando se liberara para ingresar, cosa que nunca pasó.

Hr round and technical round combined. The HR called me for the first round of interview at Ajax. The interview was straight forward. Took around 1 hour to finish. It was an average difficulty. The final few questions from the manager were about high strength materials and Landing gears.
