Phone screen with the hiring manager. Questions about my experience while I was given the opportunity to ask questions about the position and commodity. Then a panel face to face interview followed where questions were lobbed from various team members. Nothing difficult. It was very casual. Ultimately they ghosted me as a candidate which is unprofessional.

Interview went well and was quite long, I was informed I was a strong candidate at the interview, however it took over a month before I was informed I was not successful
