After submitting an online application, I had a lovely conversation with consultant there, which was really helpful for learning for about the company. After that were three more interviews: a surprisingly standard case interview with people somewhat higher up in the company.

It was very well done. A great set of folks to chat with and a cool team-building exercise where you get to work with other folks applying to solve challenging problems.
