Standard process screening call with talent team before moving onto a series of interviews with hiring team .. overall not a bad process for a company this size, time it took to hear back was a bit lengthy
Clear, concise communication on the role. Challenged on job hopping & salary expectations. Otherwise positive experience with numerous situational-based questions - a time when I exceeded expectations, a time when I feared I wouldn't deliver on a project, a time when I managed conflict.
