I applied in line and someone from recruitment got in touch. Informal telephone call and face to face interview with one of the managers with competency based questions. To be honest I don’t think he had any management experience, he had a negative aura about him and made me feel quite uncomfortable.

3 Stage interview process. Telephone interview. Interview with Managers and final presentation with Sales Director. It was fast and effective the hiring manager was helpful and support for the whole process.
