Sage emailed, called twice to conduct phone interviews. Then in person interview occurred. We’re communicative about hiring process. First call was to outline how the process worked and that they needed a portfolio. Once submitted, they called for a phone interview. Then they called for in person.

White board interview, with 3 senior developers. The intimidation factor was roughly 6.5/10. They were asking technical definitions - abstract issues and what data types would help to solve issues. Concrete problem on whiteboard.
