Freundlicher Empfang, konkrete Fragen zur Berufs-, Gehalt- und Arbeitsvorstellung. Simple Fragen und tolle Konversationen entspannten das Gespräch etwas. Alles in allem top Gespräch, ich würde es weiter empfehlen. ! !

Es handelte sich um ein Vorstellungsgespräch mit dem Bereichsleiter. Nach einer Beschreibung der Unternehmensstruktur und der Struktur der Mitarbeiter im Bereich ging es um meine Historie und warum ich in diesen Job wechseln möchte. Eigentlich alles Standard und sehr offenes Gespräch.
