I applied and then about week and a half later was contacted for an initial 20 min phone interview with a recruiter. She was really nice and was the main point of contact. There were two other recruiters who scheduled my other interviews. The next step was a panel Microsoft Teams interview with three members of the team which was about an hour long. Final step was a Microsoft Teams interview with another team member who used to be a PA and moved up. Pretty straightforward process. I will give a shout-out to the head recruiter on this role for being extremely good at communicating and for putting the "human" in HR. Too often recruiters do not reply to you especially after rejecting you from the position without giving you any advice for the future. She always responded to me and was honest. Kudos to her!
