first there was an initial phone interview with a manager who then set up to meet with her and a HR manager which was scheduled about a week later. After meeting with them, I got a call back to schedule another interview with other managers throughout the hotel. Then i had to come in for a final interview with the GM of the hotel. A week later I was given an offer. Many of the questions are "tell me a time when...."
