Interview with multiple members of the organization leadership team. The process and is thorough and runs through multiple facets of leading a hotel property. Then you interview with the ownership of the hotel property which provides another vantage point but there is alignment between management company and the ownership group.

It was a good interview process. Casual yet challenging. Over zoom even though I was local to the area. I went through a phone screen and a first interview, did not get a second interview.
