Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Sage Tree nel mese di set 2021

Colloquio

Interview was done over Teams, and occurred over a few days. It was the second position I interviewed with them. The first round of interviwes were with the department heads, and those went well, and I found the department headds to be knowledgeble and professional. The second round of interviews were with the COO and the CEO. It seemed to me they had been removed from daily operations for a while and had antiquated views of how Amazon worked.

They presented a scenario, but only a little bit at a time--everytime I asked a question they threw a a different curve on the problem for me to solve. The scenario was why a clients sales dropped 10%.
