Very relaxed interview process. Interviewer simply wanted to get to know me, my career goals and the time I have available on a weekly basis. Interviewed with the founder/president of the company. Was mostly short, offered me the job on the spot. Had a phone screen first with HR and that was a bit more serious of an interview.
