The negative feedback this company has received seems accurate. One of the recruiters reached out to me to schedule a phone screen. She was extremely slow to even schedule a call, it took her ~2 days to do that. I ended up having a work conflict at the scheduled time (because you know, I have a job that takes priority over a phone screen) and gave her over 24 hour notice + provided other windows of availability. Never heard back from her despite having sent a few follow-ups. This company seems to foster an environment that encourages poor communication and a lack of professionalism from talent acquisition... recruiters are literally the first people new hires will meet, so this is an incredibly sad first impression. I can only imagine how terrible it is to actually work here. I guess it was a blessing in disguise.
