I had a phone interview and then an actual interview which I had to go into which I am fine with , in the email I was instructed that I will be interviewed by 4 people, but I only got interviewed by two people the current manager and supervisor. They made me wait over 10 minutes of our actual time and then instructed me into a room. they sat me down and asked me several questions regarding who I was and what am I currently doing. They also asked me if I had any questions and which I did , many. After answering all my questions they asked me about why am I interested in Nystrom and the position, do I know anything about the position I am applying for and so on. They also put me in scenarios where I had to show them what I will do in that scenario and soon after asked me about my future goals and plans. After that they sent me off with a good bye and a we will email you if you pass or not and I left.

I applied on line and received a phone call two days later to set up the interview for the following week. Honestly, it was the best interview I had. Very professional and the questions were all situational. The one thing that concerned me was the multiple interview questions concerning "constructive criticism" which led me to think that is the problem. Also, I was told that after 90 days, I would be "promoted" to doing intake which was really more work for the same amount of money. I was surprised by the low pay and asked if I could think about the offer and I was given two days. I declined due to the low pay, stress, the negative reviews from patients and the nasty replies that Nystrom posted for employees who left negative reviews.
