I started off applying as a Part time Biller (you can't get full time until you are trained for at least 6 months) The interview includes a typing speed test and a billing test (you just have to analyze a freight bill and pay attention to detail) It wasn't very hard, but I recommend you practice your typing speed and accuracy before you interview.
