The interview process at SailPoint was exceptionally positive and well-structured. It began with a smooth and communicative screening stage with the Recruiting team, who clearly outlined the steps ahead.
This was followed by a insightful conversation with the Hiring Manager, which felt less like an interrogation and more like a collaborative discussion about the role, team goals, and how my skills could contribute. The process then thoughtfully expanded to include meetings with key team members and stakeholders from other departments I would be collaborating with.
