The interview process was very lengthy, which was surprising for this role. There was a lot of work that had to go into it. An introductory video, followed by 3 more interviews. Preparation for a mock call in one interview, and then a 2 hour case study to prepare for the last interview. There wasn't any information provided for the mock intake, it was based solely on what I read online- and it wasn't reiterated in the email inviting me to the call. The last interview was a case study review; however, other issues arose that felt somewhat unexpected. After putting in hours of work on the process, I wasn't provided with a clear reason for not being chosen, which was very disappointing, as I was feeling very excited about the company.
