Completed online application form, then 4 online tests. 2 technical tests (mechanical questions etc) 2 shape and word questions. Pretty straight forward. Then face to face interview with 3 people and site tour. Thought it went well but obviously not. Didn't get to progress asked HR twice via e-mail for feedback with no reply. Which is good!!!. But did get letter saying unsuccessful which again is good (Sarcasm). I don't mind not progressing but would be nice to know why not.
