The interview process was easy if you bring your best self. You are there because they liked what they saw on your application and want to discuss it further. I submitted my application with a resume AND cover letter (important, since they do read those). I received a call (1:1 phone interview), then scheduled a time to have an in-person 1:1 interview, and then received multiple interviews. After this, I just had to take the assessment, I believe (which you need to brush up on Microsoft programs for [no shortcuts] and pretend to know how to handle disputes at a fake company for a fake scenario. It took weeks to get a call-back, but after that I received an offer and took it. I only had to go back for a drug and health screening.
